Happy Valentine’s Day! I am not exactly sure how we will be celebrating Valentine’s Day tonight, so I wanted my makeup to be appropriate for any occasion.

Face: I applied my L’Oreal Magic Skin Beautifier B.B. Cream with my fingers, and then concealed with my Maybelline Fit Me Concealer. To keep shine at bay I applied Hourglass’ Ambient Lighting Powder in Diffused Light through the center of my face.

Eyes: For a soft, romantic eye I had to use my Urban Decay Naked3 Palette. I applied Limit all over my lids as a base, and then placed Burnout overtop. To add depth I applied a mixture of Liar and Factory to my crease, as well as on my lower lash line. To define my upper lash line I applied my beloved Marc Jacobs Magic Marc’er Precision Pen, winging the line out at the outer edges. For long, full lashes I applied several coats of Maybelline The Falsies Mascara.

Cheeks: To contour and bronze up my face I applied Jouer’s Mattifying Bronzer in Sunswept underneath my cheekbones, and swept what was left on the brush across my forehead, nose and chin. For a natural peachy-coral cheek I applied a tiny amount of Le Metier de Beaute Creme Fresh Tint for Lip and Cheek in Coral Nymph to the apples of my cheeks.

Lips: For a girly pink pout I first applied Tanya Burr’s Lip Gloss in First Date, and then layered Picnic In The Park overtop.

I hope that your Valentine’s Day is filled with love and chocolate [lots and lots of chocolate]!
